We are looking for a Head of Operational Excellence for an innovative company for a temporary assignment. In this position you lead the deployment of the Operational Excellence philosophy and tools to ensure it becomes embedded in the organization.

Main responsibilities

Define and organize the roll out of the Operational Excellence program Manage your Operational Excellence projects according to all good project management and Operational Excellence practices, realize major improvement projects Monitor the project results, achieved versus target (planning as well as results obtained) and ensure adequate reporting and communication at any stage during the project Behave as an example role in Operational Excellence, Communication, Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and GMP matters at any time and under any circumstances Train, coach and support your team to its best possible performance by frequent feedback meetings Involve in a clear and constructive way with all other departments on site or across sites and other affiliates Jouw profiel Master Degree in economics or engineering/ life sciences or similar by experience Minimum years experience in business process management and operational excellence projects Knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and techniques and a passion for their application Proven people management skills Advanced knowledge of business systems as SAP, SharePoint, MS Office Good knowledge of Dutch and English (written and spoken) De klant oplossingen voorsen
